There is a big--perhaps transformational--change inside you. You may be able to name it, or not. You may be running to embrace it, or not. You may be excited by its possibilities, or not.

The question may be whether to answer its call, or not. Or, the call may be unavoidable (e.g. a medical diagnosis, or an unexpected change in relationship or employment status), and the question is whether you take charge of the change, or become victim to it.

I have been consciously engaging with, and studying, change for decades. Along the way, I have learned that all change is personal; whether your change is driven by societal forces, shifts in your work environment, or elements within your personal life, how you respond will determine the outcome of that change for you. I have also learned that despite all the variations in the nature of the changes we face, there are a universal set of patterns to how we respond.

My deep understanding of those patterns allows me to coach you as you define your success, and as you prepare, plan for, and experience your change journey. As a coach, I don't bring answers to you. What I do bring is the wisdom of change experience and the skill of a trained Sherpa in guiding you to find your answers, and to achieve them. I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified professional coach, skilled in ICF's core competencies, and adhering to our Code of Ethics. I am also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community for leading business and career coaches. 

I offer my services internationally, working with you by online video or in person. My coaching is a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise.
