Jeb works directly with senior professionals through one-on-one coaching to help them bring their vision to reality and create the impact they seek.

Jeb’s professional career has included positions at Praendex, IBM Corporation, Lotus Development Corporation, Productivity Point International, Businessland Inc., Boston University, the University of New Hampshire and The Architects Collaborative. Jeb holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire.

As the Founder and Chief Experience Officer, Jeb is a experienced consultant and executive coach who leads the team to help executive, sales and service teams and high-performance professionals develop their capabilities and achieve their objectives.

Jeb’s past professional roles in management, sales, product management, marketing, training, facilitation/mediation, information technology and organization development gives him a broad perspective when helping teams and organizations learn, grow and change. As a business owner of several businesses, Jeb understands the real-life leadership, management and operational challenges facing businesses in moving from surviving to thriving in competitive markets.

With experience in the technology, healthcare, construction, financial services, life sciences, marketing/media, consumer products and higher education sectors, Jeb provides his expertise, guidance, facilitation, and coaching skills to large and small client organizations and individual professionals. Experienced in developing senior leaders, managers, sales, service, and professional staff, Jeb brings twenty years of practical experience to every engagement. As a facilitator, Jeb works with senior teams to plan strategies, enhance communication and performance and lead organizational change.
