Growing up as the youngest of seven children and having a large extended family, I learned at an early age the importance of developing strong relationships and connections with people - it’s the basis for everything in life. As I’ve moved through the diverse roles in my career - in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Operations, Product Development and IT - I’ve leveraged this learning in all my interactions in order to build trusting relationships. And I harness this energy in driving successful outcomes for my clients through supportive coaching and professional development.
