With an extensive background in learning and development combined with over 30 years of business experience in a variety of sectors, he brings a unique focus to his work with all levels of leadership and teams.
Kirk coaches senior executives, leaders, emerging leaders, and teams in both the private and public sector including: all levels of government, financial, manufacturing wholesale distribution, property management & development and engineering consultancy services, as well as MBA students at the Smith School of business, Queens University.
Kirk inspires his clients to set goals to develop, challenge and transform themselves, in order to maximize their personal and professional potential.
In 2014, he won the ICF Prism award for Coaching Excellence; a program teaching coaching skills to managers.
Kirk is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and Certified Mentor Coach through Royal Roads University. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is the Director of Programming for the Board of the Toronto Coaches ICF Chapter. He also holds a Certified Training and Development (CTDP) designation with the Institute for Performance and Learning (IPL).
He is certified in both the EQi-2.0 / EQi-360 and the MBTI Assessment tools as well as being a certified resilience practitioner. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in psychology & sociology.
