I offer spiritual coaching. Through a process guided by coaching/personal development principles and intuitive guidance, I help people transform their lives. I combine the spiritual and the practical into a powerful blend that can help you overcome emotional blocks and barriers that will empower you to feel better about your life and make the changes that you need to make to improve the overall quality of your life. 

My intention with every client I work with is to leave them more free and liberated than I met them. It is a great honor and a great joy to do this. 

Another way to put what I do is I act as a consciousness mirror. I help you to see the things that need to heal and I help you face what you need to and heal it. When you emotionally heal you have so much more energy and vibrance. You can really enjoy your life more and find peace of mind.

Imagine crying tears of joy and gratitude every day and being captivated by the beauty of everything. I had to work very hard to heal myself and in that process, I have learned a lot that I feel can help other gay men. I do not approach spirituality in a religious or dogmatic way. I am here to help us really heal from shame and guilt. And the only way I have found is through a practice called 'Metta' which is a Buddhist word meaning 'cultivation of loving-kindness'. Simply put we have not been taught how to love ourselves or others, and love to me is the essence of spirituality.  The more love you invite into your life the more free and happy you will be. And by love I mean the recognition of worth and beauty in something, and eventually, you will be able to see the worth and beauty in everything.
