Summit Coaching is a life and leadership development firm. Our mission is to support and develop intentional, compassionate and kind people who can realize and fulfill their life’s goals. We partner with people to increase their awareness, challenge them to think differently and help them generate choices congruent with who they are, what they want and the impact they want to have. 

We primarily work with people who struggle with their identity, professional goals and purpose, to a degree that it impacts their happiness, relationships and leadership performance. We help our partners develop a stronger set of tools for continued inner research, self-development, work-life integration and accountability so they may make authentic and true choices.  We believe all partners are capable and courageous in discovering simple solutions and actions to address their most complex challenges. With humor, compassion, and accountability, Pete empowers people to increase self-awareness, think through different perspectives and helps them operate with originality to generate choices that are congruent with who they are, what they want and the impact they want to have.
